Juan showed no respect for the residents of my building while he was working here. He thinks that the general contractor decides when the residents can be subjected to construction noise. He flagrantly violated the bylaws of our homeowners association, even using a chipping hammer during holidays when it was prohibited. Think about whether you want to hire a crew that is going to offend your neighbors and incur fines.
