The contractor must be busy with other larger contract work, as he has not responded with a proposal. The contractor performed a site visit promptly. When queried about the status of the proposal, contractor stated that proposal was submitted on 10/12/15.

Please do NOT use this company !!! They will scam you!! We agreed upon an amount for some work, after they finished they wanted over 5,000 more than the original quote. They did not try to work with me and price. They just stopped responding to me and threw a lien on my property! The work was very bad. I’ve had to repair several times. They are scamming people by throwing liens on peoples property and getting extra money out of their work. A $2000 job end up costing me $10,000 for some pool coping.
