  Gross negligence for safety concerns to HVAC system, by improperly installing an HVAC unit. After purchasing a home, with a new HVAC system, I had Atlanta Gas Light come out, on 10/24/11 to turn on the gas. The tech noticed multiple safety concerns, that were obvious. He stated that if he turned the gas on, I might not wake up, in the morning. 1)No vent pipe for carbon monoxide 2)Gas line incorrectly installed using 2 flex lines 3)Gas line incorrectly fastened to the house joist 4)Duct work improperly spliced together using only tape 5)No filter rack/filter. Called the seller to complain and he gave me the name/number of the HVAC person used, so I called him to complain.

  He did come out, a few days later, and he said that he remembers the flipper telling him he wanted to save costs, so to "cut corners" where he could. Unfortunately, those were all corners, due to safety concerns. He then left to get parts needed; although he never came back. After multiple calls / texts, he either never responded or kept saying he is planning to come out, on specific dates, but each date came and went, with a no show of either him or anyone he sent.

  Do NOT use him! He isn't even licensed by the state of GA.
