The owner, Joe Tonnotti was very rude. He came to our house and said,
"Did you just call me here for a estimate?" Then we were applying for a loan
through the loan company he uses, while waiting for the approval for the loan,
My wife asked the question,"what if we do not get the loan approved?"
His reply was "then beg". We had rhe windows replaced by his company but never again!!! Not with that attitude!!!
I called on June 9, 2020, because one of the sliding windows had a seal failure,
and his wife was getting huffy with me to find the order number, for me to call Harvey Windows for this replacement window.
Not a good expierence!!!
