Hired him for a remodel/adddition. Gave us a quote, ended up going $20,000 above quote. Had a sub contractor install kitchenette, had to redo three times due to sloppy work. Had a plumber install under counter ice maker that was improperly installed and leaked onto wooden floor warping it, as well as warping base of cabinet (which had to be replaced). Electricians did a very poor job, overloading circuits that are now blowing, and we are having to have that redone (at our expense, since this project was supposedly completed about a year ago). He told us project would take 12 to 16 weeks - it took over 9 months. Would not recommend.
