This guy has terrible customer service. I hired him to install a system in our yard. I asked him to place the back flow device near our house but he told me it had to be placed in the middle of the yard like my other neighbors. I checked with the city, the water company, and the back flow inspector and none of them could give me a reason why it couldn't be placed near the house, only that it was easier for the installer. I asked JCC about this and he eventually told me that I agreed to place it in the yard. Infuriating. He will not come out to change it unless I pay him, (how insulting), for a job that I originally asked him to do in the first place. Additionally, it took 6 months to get a decorative rock placed over my back flow device and he installed less zones than he quoted. There are plenty of other contractors out there to use.
