I just had Joseph come out for a FREE ROOF ESTIMATE, Did I mention FREE... And I had already gotten three estimates wanna know from who??? Estimates from 8,000 - 14,000, Joseph Said He could do it for $9700.00 said everything is included.. My only extra charge would be any plywood replacement. Then he said can I put you on my schedule for 2024! I was like excuse me. And he explained you wanted an estimate, but I don't see you needing a new roof for at least 6 to 7 yrs from now... I was a bit upset at first and confused. How can he know what he is talking about. Then he told me when my house was built and told be he was 100% positive the builder installed 25 yr shingles on my property and that It should last another 6 to 7 years. Joseph said he will be back every 2 years to make sure I don't need anything. Did I mention no one else said I didn't need a roof? Joseph Lunch is on me next time you come out!!!!

I had a wonderful experience with the folks at www.jcfconstruction.com ,Joseph was incredibly responsive when I initially reached out as well as hands on to walk me through the process of replacing the roof on my home. This made the experience extremely easy and satisfying in everyway. The team was out here within a week's time and completed the job in full in 2 days. The onsite foreman would check in every few hours to give me a update as well as share important tasks or issues that his team encountered making sure I fully understood how & why they would repair problem areas. They even went out of the way to ensure that any additional future problems were addressed in full. I would recommend the team from JCF Construction to anyone that needs a new roof, roof repair or any additional outdoor home needs related to the two
