That was a great experience working with JUAN Hi did many different project in my house. Hi did my new bathroom, new kitchen renovation, all my landscape work, cutting and removing manybig Trees, new sprinkler system automatic. All for very reasonable prices and very good jobs. For any consult about him call me. I'm very glad to meet that guy and do all these work with him. And Very friendly, clean and neat works. And plus many other of my friends I refer him and all them are very happy to hired him

I hired Carlos Juan De Leon to add stairs from the first floor down to my basement. Unfortunately, I have to cancel the contract because the original plan was revised to be up to code and it will make my room very small. I asked for a refund because he had not done any labor and had not brought any material. However, he doesn't want to give it back to me even though The contract says labor and materials included in the price he gave. I brought it to court and WON the judgment. Even though he still ignores me even after contacting him several times.
Beware of this guy Juan Carlos De Leon with license # 13VH03331600. He cannot be trusted.

Carlos is very talent and creative when he was getting my shed turned into a fabulous gazebo. All Neighbours love it and ask for doing the same. The guy is very hard working and down to earth, he is also very economical compared to other local contractor. I am very happy with his work.
