This person's license according to the Department of Consumer Affairs Contractors and State License Board has expired when he claims it is valid, expiring on 9/30/16.

Did work on our house, sent his men and hardly showed himself. Work done was extremely poor. He was informed by our contractor not to use prior tape off since it was not taped correctly for painting - he did anyway creating peeling of paint when tape was removed and then left without fixing. When called back to fix, he did not sand the peel from the tape they caused, painting over the area, leaving signs of the old peel. He painted on stained wood surfaces and tore away wallpaper. Claimed on estimate that he was going to "remove peeled paint from hall doors and trim" when all he did was paint over them, showing the old spots from the old peel. According to others in the industry price paid should have been for a top-notch job. When confronted he stated you "agreed to the price" and was upset I was "busting his balls" which made me start questioning what he was on and just wanted him out of our house. Painting was done with a brush, showing streaks. He didn't even have his own step stool or ladder, having to use ours.
