If I could give minus star. I would. Stay far away from him if you have wood floors. He ruined my floors the first time around. I gave him a chance to fix it. He sanded them down so far they have to be completely demo-ed out and replaced. He must have realized how bad this job was because he ended up abandoning the project. There was no sealer, so anything the touches the floor is absorbed by the wood and the stain was applied so poorly that it's all uneven. It's now turning to an ash color. There are drips from the stain can, dark circles, swirl marks and chewed raw edges around the frame of the room. His inability is costing me $13k to fix. I am in the process of suing him and placing a complaint through the contractors board. If I could have his license taken away, I would!
