I would not recommend JD Gales contracting due to their poor management and scheduling skills. I cannot comment on their construction skills because they cancelled our project after delaying us for almost a year. We had a signed quote from JD dating back to November of 2021, we were informed that the project would be completed by July of 2022, and likely early in the spring of 2022. When spring arrived the project was continuously delayed. He would tell us it would be starting "soon", then something would delay him. He would not return my calls, and he would not inform me of the delays unless I got him on the phone. I understand that delays in construction happen, but when a project gets delayed for over 6 months at some point it becomes a management problem, not a "construction delay".
