    We purchased our home from JD Neel Construction in the Spring of 2022. It is now almost a year from when we purchased the home and in that time we have had, and continue to have, issues with our windows. Specifically, cracked window frames, windows that don’t seal correctly, and compromised caulking around the window frames. As of this date, JD Neel Construction has been aware of our ongoing window issues and has not provided a viable solution to remedy the situation. This situation has caused my wife and I great anxiety. I would not recommend JD Neel Construction based on our experience.
