    Here's an update to my last review
    The builder, contractor, HOA pres.,developer ( he wears different HATS depending who he is talking to) at times he claims he is neither depending on the situation. There is inpending doom for JD Rynard and Sawgrass lakes where we live in the shape of who's paying for the sidewalks ( which John said at the homeowners meeting that we are not responsible for but would not put it in writing after being asked several times to do) also adding extra trees that the homeowners are to pay for, leveling out the roadway,it is suppose to be a gated community but no gate as of yet and it's been years for some. He refuses to work with the people to fix any and all problems to the point that we are taking matters in our own hands and calling him out on everything. At the HOA meeting he made mention of selling his properties and just walking away( which is what I think he is going to do because of his actions or non action.
    The city will not let him build any more homes here until these things are fixed and he just won't do it, it's a catch 22, he needs to fix these things to get back on good ground with the city to be able to build and these things aren't going to get fixed. No fix,,No permits.
    Also, the Realtor he has selling his homes, be very careful, Talked to the new neighbor to invite them to the HOA meeting that the neighbors held. That's when he found out that none of these things are going to be addressed,he walked into an unknown assessment for $385 for a tree and unfinished road and ungated. Be very weary of buying into this community or buying anything from Cove Reality or JD Rynard. At this point, I regret buying into the Estates at Sawgrass Lakes . Poor workmanship, unprofessional sub-contractors, does not return calls or texts and the sale agents do not reveal important information that prospective buyers should be aware of.

    I am a new home owner in sawgrass lakes estates where this contractor had built my home To get right to it he offers the cheapest flimsiest cabinets in the kitchen ever, his subcontractor is the most unprofessional I have ever seen They put half a dozen screws through the cabinet walls that they were sticking out you could not miss them and his contractor left them The new realtor that he has was our realtor and he gave us miss information about the house when we bought it for example of the tax rate was not one and a half percent it was 2% we also did not get the well water from the lake we had spend $1500 to get a pump both of these things Brian said were included and JD told us that he was the builder and don’t mind anything that Brian said that gave us a lot of faith in Brian
    He put us in a jackpot with our neighbor next-door he build our driveways touching each other He will be expecting a lawsuit over this also The IMPAC windows did not secured properly the water has a terrible smell and taste from the sink and bathroom His baseboard molding guys fix holes half ass there was a hole in the wall they put the baseboard over half and did not complete the other half They have a limited offering on the granite for the counters the guy is also terrible wouldn’t use them if I had to And Be careful about the extra 10% extra that you’ll be charged for extras if you say anything or make a claim against them otherwise they’ll charge you an extra 10% which is in the contract Be very careful dealing with John Rynard and Brian.
    The biggest mistake was that he put my driveway 5 feet onto the other guys property
