Communications with the contractor management were poor. The contractor did NOT address several issues, which were material to doing a quality job. The roofers slammed shingles onto the peak of my house, so hard that the house shook and I found that they had done damage to the boards at the peak of my house. No response from management. The only reason I gave them two stars was because they did the job in a timely manner, and were neat.
