If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a home from JDC Contracting and had multiple problems. Three open neutrals in my electrical system, improperly installed plumbing which resulted in the flooding of my daughters bedroom. I contacted JDC who promised me a payment to make me whole. Three weeks and counting and I still haven't received the check.

I bought a house that they Flipped on June 2019, hours before we closed found out the air conditioning did not work they never ran electricity to the unit. I should of ran then. Roof for the addition was done incorrectly we have had several water leaks, flashing done incorrectly, windows they put in were to small for the hole then not drained or filled in. Grouting in the bathroom tiles is coming out(we were the first ones living here after the remodel). Now in the financial side the counter tops were never paid for my realtor got a call asking for help to get pad from this company, today I got a letter from Renovo stating they are going to start foreclosure procedures if they don’t get paid the $40,000 construction loan they had in the house. Luckily I always buy the mortgage insurance. The nightmare never ends.
