This guy does shoddy workmanship. Poor customer service and No call - No shows for appointments. Waited all day and canceled my family gathering only for John to not show up for a service agreement that we prepaid. Doesn't answer his phone calls and text messages. DON'T PURCHASE A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH THIS COMPANY. It's a rip off.
