Hired John Lemieux in Nov 2014 to remove and replace all the tile in my Florida home. Tile was not level, hollow in places and chipped from mis-handling. Mr. Lemieux was with me when tile was purchased and agreed it was good quality tile. Then tried to convince my husband and I it was not his fault chipping occurred. We took him to court in April 2015, as he would not respond to repeated letter and e-mails. We won a judgment against Lemieux Builders for $5,000.00, however, he has made no effort to pay the judgment as of Sept 2015.
