  living room remodel plus

  My husband and I recently bought a home, David from JDSL construction came in to do some work.I needed the work to be done before a specific date, not only did he meet it but was done 2 days early! Looking at before videos and the after I can't believe the amazing beautiful transformation he gave my home. Thanks David!

  Basement Floor

  In September of 2021, Hurricane Ida destroyed my basement with flooding and sewer damage, leaving me with no choice but to throw out the entire floor, less than 1 year after purchasing my home. A single mom with no idea what my options were, I turned to David from JDSL Construction. David educated me on my options, informed me of existing unleveled floor issues I wasn't even aware of, recommended places to shop for floors, and helped me make the greatest investment in my home thus far, by creating an extension to my living space I had never even imagined in my basement. Nearly complete, now just to add the finishing touches and decorate. Super excited and thankful. David and his team were professional, hard working, trustworthy, and committed to the job. Highly recommended. Located in the Avenel, NJ area.

  Build my home

  I was very hesitant when it came to finding a contractor to build a home for me. I wanted a company that could understand and fulfill the concept I had in mind while I was planning out this home.  Every detail about this place had to be close to perfect at the end because I could not accept amateur level work on my new home. Fortunately I came in contact with JDSL construction. I met with the owner David and he understood exactly what I was wanted. He was very meticulous in the development process. My only critique is the the project took a bit longer than expect but overall I was very satisfied with the outcome. Thanks again David for the excellent service. I will definitely be recommending your business to my friends and family.

  Redo kitchen and bathroom

  I feel like JDSL Construction was an excellent choice when it came to redoing my kitchen and bathroom. I was looking to renovate my home and give it a more modern look. The guy I always used whenever I had something done around the house moved to Florida and took his business with him. Fortunately before he moved I asked him to recommend me a company to redo my kitchen and bathroom and he gave me JDSL Construction. So I called and made an appointment for a consultation. On the day I met up with Mr. Espino he was very meticulous in his explanation of the work he had to get done on my home. He gave me an estimate that was close to what I was looking to spend and since he was recommend by my last guy, I took a chance. I want to say I was very satisfied with the work Mr. Espino had done. My wife and I love hearing the complements about our new kitchen when we have family and guest over. I definitely will recommend JDSL to friends and family since it can be difficult finding a trustworthy contractor.
