Terrible experience. We signed a contract on February 9, 2022. Date of completion in the contract for Thanksgiving, November 24, 2022. This is a massive build for $129,900. We had several offers and chose them because they were willing to guarantee, in writing, the pool would be completed within 9 months.
They started strong and completed the dig, gunite and plumping by April 15. Since April we have had workers here less than 20 days and that was only to lay pavers and part of the coping. The last time someone was here was October 19, 20 days ago.
Near daily calls, emails and texts go unanswered. When you do get Jose on the phone he says someone will come out or that he will email you but it doesn't happen.
We have been living with a concrete swamp that breeds mosquitos, surrounded by unused or broken pavers and literal bags of garbage for months.
I contacted an attorney today. I'll update this post with the resolution.
