    I have worked for Jed Carlson for many years. He is honest trustworthy and has always paid promptly. Cleanest job sites in town. His homes are square and true. If I build it would be with Jed Carlson! I work behind many contractors and I rate him to the top. Hard working Christian man.

    Jed Carlson Builders--Don't Purchase New Home From

    THE WORST EVER! Jed Carlson sold us a new home free and clear and did not pay his subcontractors, one who has put a lien on the house, He did not complete work that he promised to do and will not honor the one year new home warranty. The air conditioner was not even fully installed on a house that cost $375K! Buyer Beware--this is not an honest business.

    THE BEST EVER! Our family has been building homes in the Grand Forks area for over 35 years and this is the first negative review we have received. This particular client agreed to pay an up-charge for a more expensive product then refused to do so after the work had been completed. They did not honor their word. I do not want my name tarnished by one poor review; this is not indicative of who we are at Carlson Builders.
