My contractor was Jeff Crawford, Jeff likes working on old houses.
He and his son do high quality carpentry work. They are not the cheapest folks in town, nor the speediest, but I trust them implicitly inside my house and they used quality materials and workmanship.
My neighbors comment at how nicely my garage and mudroom addition blend with my 1840's vintage house.
Jeff made helpful recommendations that greatly aided my upstairs bathroom rehab and he helped me solve some finish problems with old walls and doors.
An old friend of mine from New Mexico did the drawings/plans for the addition from which they worked as Jeff does not draw up plans.
