Do not do business with Fannin Fencing! Jeff Fannin will take your money and do no work!
We signed a contract and paid half up front for a 300 foot vinyl fence job. After 2 months the job was never started. He gave at least 10 different excused as to why he was not able to come and do the job. Countless messages to him were ignored. We are left with pieces and piles of fence and out thousands of dollars and no work done.
According to his website, Mr. Fannin claims to be committed to excellence on every project and guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. This is definitely not the service we were provided! Jeff Fannin is a scam artist!!

I wish I could give negative stars but the least I can give is a 1. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JEFF FANNIN, he built a deck for us in Sanford FL messed it up so bad and left , we called him and he said he would return on Monday and fix it , he never returned, that was almost 2 years ago. We kept calling and texting for months and months he never even bothered to answer us back or return one phone call ! It’s barely two years later and the deck is falling apart , wood is coming apart and coming up on the ends , the deck is sinking in the middle and collapsing. Save yourself the trouble, trauma and money and hire someone reputable.We lost close to $4,000 and it could be worse for you! JEFF FANNIN is unprofessional and a FRAUD !! Stay away!
