BEWARE, I would NOT recommend this contractor. Poor communicator in general when project had additional work/costs, many delays during the actual physical work. Did not pass final inspection 6+ months ago and cannot get him to finish the final paperwork to get final signoff from the city. He goes radiosilent and often doesn't respond to my calls, texts, emails. Endless excuses and claims he's working on it but no progress in 6+ months.
