I called Jeff near the end of the work day and left a voicemail message. He called back right away and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. The guys were on time, professional and very courteous. We have used Naegeli’s in the past and the service is always excellent! They are always our first (and only) call when we need a plumber.

One of the problems in small towns is to have a business contact you on the same day you have placed a call. This is NOT the problem with Jeff. He is prompt and courteous. He offers solutions and offers a reasonable price for the job to be done. Jeff has been my "go to guy" for work that needs to be performed on my home!
