I purchased a new home frome Jeff Ponder. After closing he was quick to respond to my calls, a couple minor things needed repair and he took care of it the next day. Returns calls quickly even after hours. Good builder, nice guy.

Builds a good house. Bought a new home from him in Kenilworth. He even came back to fix things after the 1 year warranty period had expired. I would definitely buy a home from him again.

Cuts a lot of corners. 4 months into living in the house I bought from him, I noticed hardwood starting to warp in bathrooms. The toilets were improperly installed and leaking underneath. Called him and never responding to any voicemails left. Would never recommend using him ..
