By Kristie K.August 13, 2022Replace HVAC units per home warranty$600
Was assigned by warranty company to install new hvac units - added $400 to adjust/re-form vent system to accommodate new HVAC units. Literally detached vent pipes, installed new systems, and reattached old vent pipes. He adjusted/refitted nothing. 8 months later vent pipes are leaking massive amounts of air- asked him to come reseal where leaking and he refuses to. Now having to file a criminal fraud lawsuit against him and a fraud lawsuit against the warranty company. Just don’t let this man in your house. Wish o had known before I allowed it.

As far as I can tell they were honest and respectful with me and my family. The air got fixed and that's all that matters to me. I'm very happy with the service that Jeff Rogers heating and air conditioning company gave me! Thank you Jeff!

By Erin K.May 23, 2021New HVAC$5,000
Installed a new HVAC. Came out 2 weeks later to fix a leak on the brand new system. Had to change the amp per the inspector. A more reputable company came out to fix it 2 months later after the pan nearly flooded our child’s room due to the drain line being installed going uphill, it stopped cooling as well because it’s 3/4 out of freon. $2500 to fix our 2 month on unit and because we won’t let the man back in our home, I supposed that’s going to be out of our pocket. Thanks, Jeff! Buyer beware.

He came and couldn’t diagnose the problem so he lied to the warranty company and said he wasn’t able to get out to my house. Apparently he picks and chooses what he’s going to work on and is not honest. Stay away!!

Was assigned this company from a home warranty claim. He responded very quickly to the claim and was supposed to replace my unit. He then tells me at the last minute he will not install my unit without fully replacing ALL Of the functioning duct work under my home, as it is “leaking” and not in functional order and will only do the job for $9000 in duct work. After confronting him as we just purchased them home in February and the duct work passed inspection then, and having some additional work done to it 3-4 months ago, and telling him the unit was disconnected completely prior to his arrival due to safety hazards that it wasn’t possible to know they were leaking because it wasn’t even hooked up, he tried to argue with me about it. After telling him no, he stated he refused to do the job and is leaving me and my 6 month old daughter for 4 weeks now without heat. He is a joke and a scam artist! Take your money elsewhere to someone who is honest!
