Don't use this guy. A 2 week job wasn't done after 4 months. The porches weren't built liked I asked. He just built what he wanted and then got mad when I told him he didn't finish them how I wanted. Some work was good and some very poor. Bad lumber was used on parts of the porches too. Didn't pay balance because work wasn't what was agreed upon. The money he was paid was more than 70% and what I got wasn't worth that.

Mr. Vining attempted a $61,400.00 remodel of our house, billing himself as a commercial contractor with a license that was to build pools only. He did not run the job at all did not price it correctly, did not how or when to order supplies. Work was done slowly, poorly, and not documented correctly at all. He had no idea about inspections or draws or anything unfortunately at the time neither did I. I was double talked and led to chase my tail for months. The contract was written in November and Mr. Vining walked off the job in April with a large percentage of the work unfinished. DO NOT USE THIS GUY.
