Jeffrey Arnold Cederstrand, owner is incompetent and negligent. How does a person admit to breaking a drain pipe while also saying he didn't need find out what the pipe was or where it came from. It was simple as flushing a toilet to see your incompetence and negligence. His excuse and blame game caught on video shows his true colors and the type of contractor and person he is. Be ready for excuses too. Several contractors/plumbers have looked at it and unanimously laughed at his botched job. I have photos. He was hired by sellers as the sewer repair was a contingency......complete FAIL
