  He came out within 15 min of being called. Recommended by my flooring guy..although he didnt know him.well...charged us $150 to diagnose problem but he would come back and install attoc fan for $100 and do some.orher small.jibs..never showed
  2.weeks ago..keeps saying he is coming next day no-show. What a scammer!!!! I told.flooring guy and he apologized..dont make mistake callikg this guy.no work.ethic

  Kitchen install

  He is who my landlord recommended and I was in hurry. He showed up and did the first part of the job of putting in more outlets and installing specialty plugs for commercial kitchen equipment from overseas. He was supposed to also do a hook up for a commercial oven. Before I left the restaurant supply store, the owner of the supply store made it a point to let me know the oven is 3 phase. Since I had no idea what that meant I called Jeff. He spoke to the owner and told us both he could do it and it would not be an issue. After several delays he finally showed up and hooked it up as a regular 220. He assured me that was correct. The oven worked for 20 minutes. I called the restaurant supply and they sent their repair men out only to find Jeff didn't do the hook up correctly and he may have damaged my oven. Jeff tried to tell me no one told him it was 3 phase. Jeff has never came back to fix this. Never apologized. He charged $5000.00 for around 12 outlets total 110 and 220 mixed. 4 specialty plugs, 1 commercial oven install and a water heater hook up. My landlord was paying half and it was their guy so I agreed. I now fully believe this man is not actually a fully licensed electrician. Maybe a brother in law of someone at modern property that can do little things. Stay away.

  House Remodel

  $9,000

  Jeff Smith is a poor electrician, poor quaility of work, and very little work ethic. He would not show up at job site for weeks, and when he did the quality of his work was poor. Could not even put recessed light in a straight line. Would never use him again and regret every min he work for me. Do Not make the same mistake.

  Jeff smith was a very poor electrician.He did not show up to my mothers home the day he was suppose to.I told him that she was on oxygen,and that she was doing very bad.She had to go without power for over three days because he said he had a bigger job going on and with this economy you have to.Then if that was not enough he installed used parts that were dirty.He also sat in one of my moms really old antique chairs,and as soon as he sat down the chair collapsed.He was way to big of a man to be sitting in any old chair like that,he must weigh over 275 lbs.Me or my mother would never USE Jeff Smith or EVER recommend him to any of our friends or family!..
