I had Jeff come out on 8/5/2017 to look at a house I am closing on. He said he would have my quote to me no later than Tuesday, 8/8/2017 - come Tuesday I had not heard a word from him. I could not get him to answer phone calls, reply to texts or emails. I then told him on Friday, 8/11/2017 that my loan agents had to have a quote by Tuesday 8/15/2017 or we were going to have to move the closing date. I tried to contact Jeff to tell him this, but again, he never responded. Here we are now, Wednesday 8/16/2017 and he still has not had the decency in TWO AND A HALF WEEKS to take two minutes to simply send me a text/email or just a quick phone call to let me know that he either is not capable of doing the job, or just does not want to do it. So now closing is going to be pushed back and I have to find another contractor to come out and start the process all over again. Jeff wasted my time and does not have a care in the world. Very unprofessional and very unreliable. I would never recommend him to anyone for any type of job.
