I am so unbelievably disappointed with my interaction with Mr. Nelson. My elderly stepfather gave him a large sum of money in August to replace a couple of items at his house—it is now JANUARY and NOTHING has been done. Mr. Nelson keeps giving excuses as to why nothing has been done! He has blamed my stepfather and not taken ANY responsibility or apologized for the delay in work getting done. Quite frankly, Mr. Nelson is a bully and talks over and yells at you when you ask any questions…this isn’t how I would think you’d run a successful business.
I’ve asked for my stepfathers money back at this point and will find someone else that’s honest that can do the work for him. This is SHAMEFUL the way Mr. Nelson has treated my stepfather, taken money and not followed through on anything!
