Our encounter with Jeffery Marc Mount started out good and ended poorly. He turned a simple installation of two outdoor lamps into a major problem. Here are some of our complaints:
-He over charged us for materials, $100 for 1/4 roll of 12-2 wire!
-Made a mess of our beaded board wall while trying to install a switch box!
-Was late 2 times and didn't bother to call.
-Couldn't get a simple dimmer switch to operate correctly, and after the second attempt did not return to finish the job.
-We are now left with doubts whether we have a safe electrical circuit because two dimmer switches have become in-operative.
-Now that he has our money he will not return our phone messages.
-We would hope that no one else gets taken by Marc Mount.
