Had Jeff put a new boiler in over a year ago. Started having problems last November. Called him, he came out and discovered leaks, contacted manufacturer, said they would replace parts but no labor. Jeff said he would replace with no charge. Almost a year later still waiting. All I get are excuses, would not recommend

Just want to offer my heartfelt thanks to Jeff and his crew for the excellent and professional workmanship. We were in an emergency situation and he came the next morning, took care of the water leaks and put my front lawn back as though no one had been there. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. I have a contract with United Water and recently had a drainage problem.Jeffrey Messer Plumbing was the company they sent and after checking it out found a 4 inch cast pipe under house was leaking.Jeff said he would contact the company with the cost and call me to schedule a day to come back.He was back in 3 days with 2 trucks the job was quite extensive required digging up in front of house and replacing under neath house with 4 inch pvc.After completion everything was put back and the front and rear were swept clean. Can't say enough about Jeff and his men,true professionals.

HORRIBLE!!! On November 5th I had NO heat and called J. Messer in hopes that he could fix the problem. He came and, to the tune of $186 which I was happy to pay based on the assumption that the problem was solved.
Supposedly it was fixed -- that is, until November 13th when I had NO heat. I Immediately called Messer but could NOT get through -- PLUS I was NOT able to leave a message due to the announcement that "voicemail is full." Today, November 11th, I am still without heat and still unable to reach Messer! Is this any way to run a business? I read the glowing reviews of others and it almost seems that we are dealing with a different person.
