In the beginning he was a lifesaver. Promised to provide a quality forever home of 900 sq.ft.
In the end, after a year, he provided us with a mickey mouse house put together by, in my view, unqualified workers for the finish, both inside and out that he himself would not have been in keeping with his own standards for his home.
We found that he had received the COO days before he told us he had it, leaving me to have to contact the county for a copy. I paid $3000 for sod above the allowed building material list out of my pocket only to find some "carpenter" he hired to lay it and that was a total deal job. We drove up and had 3' weeds growing in dead grass that he was supposed to maintain until he turned the house over to us which he did not do. And don't get me started with the backyard landscape and levelness of the fence top.
It goes on, but why take my time to list it.
Jeff is a nice man. I don't know what happened and never called or came by to see what we think.
