    They came out to my property promptly. Quickly identified the electrical issue we were having and fixed it. Very polite and professional. Referred to us through our home warranty. Would definitely recommend this business and I will use them again 100%.

    I'm so glad we found Jeffrey!! First American Warranty sent him for our air conditioning claim. Fast response and diagnosis of our HVAC unit. Came when he said he would and was always on time. Left the work area clean after he was done. Friendly, courteous, and honest! Did exactly what he said he would do. We are cool again and so very grateful. Highly, highly recommend!!!

    Assigned by First American Warranty to fix wall heaters

    Jeff is a contractor for First American Home Warranty Co. Our experience with him and First American was horrible. First American does everything they can to avoid responding to a claim. And then, there's Jeff who came out to fix 4 non-functioning in wall heaters. 2 of the problem heaters were clearly not covered by the warranty, which we agreed with, but the other 2 were. Jeff fixed one and said that he'd be back w/ the parts to fix the other at no additional charge. When we re-contacted him, he had changed his story and said it was not covered & to contact First American. From the initial contact w/ Jeff and throughout his visit, he was rude & pre-occupied; like he had somewhere else to be, and then denied that it was a warranty repair. I would not recommend him or First American to my worst enemy.

    I can certainly understand your concern, I don't control a contract that you or you have with first american home warranty. I am only a service technician and can only follow the guidelines they have. If there's anything I can do personally I would do it.

    WC/ Heat Pump not cooling

    Jeff Mince came out to our house because our AC/Heat Pump wasn't working! He was great! Fixed our issue quickly, kept in contact with us for ETA within his estimated window. Very knowledgably, professional, and seemed like a nice guy! Thank you Jeff!!

    He is doing work for First American Home warranty, I believe he is just collecting his service call and moving on. He was called out to my rental property and stated that a frog fried the unit and the warranty wouldn't cover it. Little did he know another company had already been called out by our property management company. They repaired the problem that had NOTHING to do with a frog.

    I certainly understand what you're saying. The pictures were well documented. I only follow their rules. I do not make decisions based on situations I am strictly a technician. If there's anything I can do outside of that. It would be different if I was out there on my own job. But that is a warranty issue

    Fix heat pump

    My heating unit went out. Luckily I have a home warranty. They contacted Jeff and he was out 3 days later. Diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, etc. As soon as the parts came in he was back out. Installed everything and now I have heat again. Thanks Jeff!

    Fix air conditioner that was over 20 years old

    Jeffrey fit us in in only a few days to repair our Air conditioning unit. Local companies scheduled us out three weeks. We ended up needing a new unit and he did a great job in our behalf working with an extremely limited budget. He is truly an awesome guy. Polite, curious, knowledgable on time. I hate calling for repairs and dreading the costs. Jeffrey was up front and extremely reasonable. Being a veteran on a fixed income with a large family money us rights. He went above and beyond his duties and I would have him do other work any time. 100% recommend Jeffrey for your heating and air conditioning needs
