Jeff’s work is impeccable. He is talented, fair and respected by his peers in the field to be an honest contractor. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that Alice above never hired him.

The guy is a crook. Run, don't walk away from this bottom feeder.
He charges a fortune and then finds a way to keep charging for extras to finish the job.
