    Excellent contractor

    Jim's name was given to me by a friend. He constructed my Muellar metal building. The foundational slab exceeded the minimum requirements of our code and his reasoning was due to the west bank issues with slabs moving and cracking and he was absolutely correct. By the way the slab and building has been down for over 2 years and no cracks in the slab. He also uses a unique technique with the rebar which makes absolute sense when considering load distribution. The building was erected precisely to the specifications given by Muellar which is something that anyone considering doing a metal building should consider. If not done to the specs of the manufacturer, it will void the warranty. He even has several suggestions that were right on target. Insulate your building but use what he suggests. His A/C recommendation were excellent and he places stops on either side of the door to stop anyone from backing and damaging the door. He is honest, trustworthy, fair and a top notch contractor. I hope to do buisness with him again. He is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for...I much rather pay more and not have to worry about the project!!!
