After a health issue delayed the initial, agreed-upon start date, Jemstone Construction could not have been more understanding and put my project on hold for many months. When I was finally able to start the Jack and Jill bathroom remodel, Mike and his team were on time and professional. I was so impressed, that I added on to my project and I could not be more pleased. The projects were completed in a timely manner, even with my ‘add-ons’ and at a very fair price. Inspections were passed with flying colors and the quality of work is excellent.

A true professional, communicates often and effectively, stays on top of sub-contractors, knows the city codes and what is required.
My job required demolition of an existing structure, surveying, architecting and designing the new, slab, exterior & interior walls, roof, new bath, bedroom and living area (he essentially added a 1-bedroom house to the back of my home). Mike got it all done in the expected time and budget.

Jemstone did a remodel and expansion of our condo kitchen. Mike gave us a very fair price and did an excellent job. We particularly appreciated that Mike and his employees came when scheduled, did quality work, and always cleaned up before they left. My condo was tiled with one pattern throughout. I hoped to be able to use the limited extra tiles I had in my expanded kitchen so I would still have the same overall look. Mike and his workers somehow made it happen. Mike also held his subcontractors to a high standard. Wnen my new quartz backsplash was not installed to my and his satisfaction, he immediately called the subcontractor and had it replaced. Mike and Debbie are very helpful and easy to work with. And they always returned calls promptly!

Mike takes pride in his work, pays attention to detail and demonstrates an excellent knowledge of all he does. His workers are all very pleasant, very competent and clean up daily. It has been our pleasure to deal with Mike and Debbie, who are always available to take our many questions, provide us with excellent advice.
