    I purchased a newly built house from Jenkins back in 2012. The basement was unfinished but they had installed insulation throughout (which apparently was intentional to hide many problem areas). 2 years later we started having quite a few areas of water intrusion inside the basement and noticed the 3 cracks outside the house were getting larger. The builder stated it was "normal" to have the foundation settle. Well, I recently called foundation repair companies and they pulled down all of the insulation to properly inspect the basement walls. They found 13 wall foundation cracks of which a few were original cracks after the home was built because they found cheap epoxy patches where the builder tried to repair them. These companies are telling me that this work/build was not handled correctly. The concrete floor is also cracked in areas and they state the drainage system under the house was not installed correctly either.
    This will be upwards of $23,000 in repairs. I would give zero stars on here if I could. Unacceptable work and work ethic to do this to me.
