Since 2001, we have specialized in turning our customers dreams into reality. Whether you are looking to remodel your existing home or office, add a deck or covered porch, or build a custom home, we are here to help you. We guarantee quality in all of our work and, most importantly, timely results.
Sam and Sandy Jennings established Jennings Home Improvements in 2001. In 2010, we became a licensed General Contractor in the State of North Carolina and Jennings Custom Homes was born. Over the years, our business has completed over 750 projects in NC, SC and GA.
In 2011, we took on a unique opportunity here in our small town. With a lot of careful planning, organization and long, hard man hours, we were able to preserve a piece of History with the relocation of a Historical home in Cashiers, NC. The Waddell House was one of the oldest still standing homes in Jackson County and we relocated the house to the Zachary-Tolbert property. Here at the property, visitors are welcome to tour the home and see the beauty of craftsmanship dating back to the late 1800′s.
Ultimately, our goal is to create high quality homes, appropriate to their settings, while at the same time, being extremely functional. We offer a wide range of services – from planning, through design and construction documents, to on-site inspections.
