Jennosa Pools

Opened my Pool 3 weeks ago Loop-Loc Liner has faded some and there are Wrinkles and Folds in the Liner.
Liner is less then 1 year old!
Called Rob and was told a bunch of excuses as if it is my fault the liner is this way. Said he would come and look at it and that was 3 Weeks ago.
Been calling and leaving messages and nothing.
I GUESS ONCE YOU GOT MY $4,000 YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ENDED.
Time to Speak to a Legal Representative to pursue this Further!

Jennosa Pools performed a major overhaul of my pool two years ago. The liner was replaced and the coping stones as well as the rotted supporting wood that was attached to the cinder block walls. I cannot overstate the high quality of the work they did and the professionalism that their team showed during the project. I will be contacting Jennosa this week to see if they can install a pool heater for me this Spring.

Easily surpassed my expectations on my pool renovation and went out of his way to make sure the job was done professionally and to my satisfaction. Jennosa Pools went way out of the way to help me with all of my pools nightmares. His workers are all a bunch of nice guys that you don't mind when they are in your yard unlike my last company that hired x convicts. Any way great company quality work I now use them for openings closings and maintenance

If I could give Jennosa Pools zero stars I would. He was very unprofessional. We waited 3 weeks for him to do what he said he would do. Didn't follow through. Didn't even give us the courtesy of a text or a call back to say he wouldn't fill out a couple pieces of paper that our mortgage hinged on. Risked us losing our home!!!! Kept saying he would do it. Every day he said he would have it done even though he didn't want to, he said it would be done. We were hesitant to hire another company because he already did all the leg work and it was literally just a piece of paper that would have taken 15 minutes for him to fill out. The new company we hired sent someone out and had the paperwork to us in 1/2 a day. That was true professionalism. The office staff at Jennosa pools are really just an answering service, they can't do anything but take messages, the other pool company we used had helpful staff who knew what they were doing.

Jennosa Pools is an excellent pool builder. Mike the owner goes way over the top to build a quality pool with excellent designs. The pool he just built for me has 3 skimmers and 5 returns, one of which is in the steps to keep them clean. He put in shut-off valves to control which skimmers are in use in order to maximize suction to just one skimmer when you need to vacuum. The 1 1/2 HP pump can be easily disconnected for easy winter storage. He uses all PVC plumbing, too. The concrete collar around the base of the pool will ensure that this pool will NEVER move (like my last one did).

I can't wait 'til spring to be able to use it!

Mike went way beyond my expectations. He and his pools are of the best quality.
