We are a family owned business. We specialize in Mold Remediation. We also do all aspects of construction, it just depends on the demand. We have been in business for 30 years. We love what we do, and it shows. We take pride in the work we do, using the latest products. For instance, our additions are built with "ICF's", or insulated concrete forms, & engineered floor trusses. When we can't find it, we make it. Our Mold Remediation is used with (2) formulas we created. We have learned over the years, what works & what doesn't. We are proud of our products and offer them for sale on our website.

    Add 4 season porch

    Do a full background check on Harvey “NICK” Jensen, Merl aka Marilynn Jensen and their son Hollis Jensen. Nick told me in 2011 that he was dying of cancer....a lie. He used my 40K in cash that I gave them for a four season porch project to pay for a used land rover, lied about my project, I fired them and then they tried to sue me in small claims court in 2012. I won and got all their tools. DO NOT SIGN their mechanics lien, if you do you lose all recourse to take them to court to sue. They took me for about 100K after all was said and done in court and in my need to hire a real contractor to finish my porch that ended up only being a three season porch as I couldnt afford any more money to the new contractor. DO YOUR RESEARCH and dont get scammed.

    WARNING: PLEASE CALL ME, look up complaints on this company on the web and at the BBB of MN NorthDakota before you hire! Mrs. H 651 452 7648. They scammed me, a widow out of 100k, then took ME to court, the judge agreed with me, they lost then they took out a restraining order against me, the judge tossed that out as well. In winning my case, I won all their tools. Unfortunately, they are right back in business. I will tell you my story as these people used to live across the street from me, then they left town for 10 yrs as the "city of Eagan was against them", no wonder, they are bad people! Please spread the word of warning and caution NOT to hire or deal with these people. Mrs. H. I would put a negative 1000 but I had to put one star to do a review. Please don't make the same mistake I did.
