We had our building siding done by Jenza Inc in 3years back. The siding started to leak in the summer of 2020 which ended up ruining flooring and drywall. Jenza Inc owner came out to inspect the siding and he refused to acknowledge his teams poor craftsmanship. Instead he pointed to roof/drywall what-not. We had to hire an independent contractor to point us at the leak source. Independent contractor was able to find ton of sidings without metal flashing behind. After sending the detailed report to Jenza, they started to ignore the calls/emails. Poor craftsmanship and pure negligence ! Stay away from these guy..

Beware! When doing construction on a house in Philadelphia, it is important to hire a contractor, who is not only licensed & insured in PA, but is also licensed to do work in Philadelphia. Many times people may be able to get away without a permit, but if you get caught by the Philadelphia licenses & inspections (and yes, it happens!), you, as a home owner, will end up with violations and fines until you obtain proper permits (even for something as simple as roof re-shingling) and it can only be done with a properly licensed Philadelphia contractor. Here is a site where you can check if a contractor you are considering is licensed to work in Philadelphia. https://li.phila.gov/Contractor-Lookup/
We were very fortunate to work with Jenza Inc., professional, fully licensed and insured, all around the perfect general contracting company to work with. Excellent communication and very well versed in all aspects of administration for obtaining required permits via Philadelphia's new processes and systems.
Just to clarify - this is not meant to be an advertisement. Just wanted to share our experience and caution home owner who are looking for contractors - don't just look for the best quotes; consider the total package, such as quality of work and materials, contractor's experience, proper documents (licenses/permits, insurance, etc.), communication and professionalism.
