Do not use this guy! DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY A DIME BEFORE HE DOES ANY WORK. He will take your money and run! Can't stress enough. This guy is out for himself. I gave him a deposit to do a new home build. Made it sound like we could get the numbers close to what we need to finish the build. Ended up being even higher than he said. Then wouldn't refund deposit after we didn't go forward with build. PICK A BETTER CONTRACTOR

Tobler can not be trusted. He will bill for items already paid for. He was unaware that his electrician failed to run 220 wiring to an electric water heater. Wiring had to be done after the fact which caused extensive drywall repairs. He promised to get the driveway and sidewalks done in the spring and was three months late and his estimate more than doubled. He failed to install medicine cabinets and correct installation of the fireplace mantel. He failed to remove form boards from the foundation. The speakers in the great room ceiling were not installed correctly and new speakers were ordered, which he tried to bill for. Toward the end of the job he left pallets and broken concrete slabs on the lot. Months after completion of the house he presented an invoice for several items that were previously paid for, or were corrections that he had to make. The LVP flooring failed from not being installed properly. He made little effort to remedy the situation. I had to pay for new flooring. In short the omissions and errors were corrected by the owner with little to no assistance from JT Custom Homes. His license expired a year before the house passed final inspection. I’m not sure what his new career is, but he is not to be trusted.
