Permits

Mr. Smith presents himself as a real nice guy, but eventually becomes too opinionated & over-bearing - much like a used car salesman! After showing him what was wanted & what to stay away from, he did as he damned-well pleased, killed my lawn & rose bush, piled dirt on my water-feature/rock garden, bent the decorative fencing & prepared to pour concrete right where HE wanted it - I DIDN'T! I asked his workers to stop, but they refused, saying they would only take orders from him! When did the CUSTOMER stop being right??? Apparently, as soon as you hire Jeremiah Rex Smith for the job!
My 85 yr. old mom, who's been part of this project, is so easily swayed back & forth by smooth-talkers such as this that she doesn't even remember the original plan & just bends over & takes it!
PLEASE BEWARE of contractors, landscapers, etc. because they are very good at taking advantage of seniors & their sometimes muddled thinking. I'm SUPPOSED to be here to keep that from happening, but it rarely works! And this guy wants to do what HE wants to do & the devil take the hindmost! If you want YOUR job done YOUR way, this is NOT the company for you!
