    Make sure you get quotes and do your homework even if you were a loyal customer. We were referred to this company and were a loyal customer before the latest Service call. We needed Service fast and the company ended up charging us for a three hour service call which we requested but then ended up needing a entire unit replacement. The three hour service call in my opinion could have been discounted or waived due to our service loyalty and us paying for a brand new unit. This company is on the middle to high range of price which we didn’t mind paying for in the past because a high price should mean better customer service and value customer retention. This company doesn’t care about retaining their customers they just want their invoice paid and move on. The people that referred us also do not use them anymore as they found them to be overpriced.

    Let me start by saying that these have been my "go-to" HVAC folks for the past couple years. They have done a variety of projects on multiple different properties. Everything started out well. They were highly responsive, professional, cost-effective and made sure everything was taken care of. However as time has gone on they've dropped the ball more and more. As an example, on the most recent job they were supposed to install a new HVAC unit, some new duct runs, put a metal pan in to cover where the old air return was and cleanup. They did install the unit but that is where it stopped. The hole was not covered, debris and garbage was left in the house and the system was not balanced in any way. To add to that their price was $1200 greater than others. Their response to our queries about not fulfilling the contract was met with petulant unprofessionalism and a "we're too busy to deal with you" attitude. Personally, I'm always willing to pay a little more for good service and loyalty. But in their case now I'm just paying more for shoddy workmanship and poor service. I would encourage everyone to go elsewhere.
