  I had work done by these guys. They were horrible. Rude, and they tried to milk every dime out of me. Never hire these guys.There are plenty of other qualified electricians out there, CALL SOMEBODY ELSE

  Mike at Jeremy Lauer Electical came out to my house yesterday for a repair. He was on time, courtious and assessed and repaired the problem quickly. Great customer service. I'd use them again.

  This is the 3rd time that I have had Jeremy Lauer Electric visit my home.
  1.) To replace a timer.
  2.) An emergency: 2 burned out motor's in bathroom exhaust fans.
  3.) A non-functioning outlet

  Let me start out by saying, I was initially assigned Jeremy Lauer Electric by my warranty company. I've since requested them. They are licensed -which to me is the most important- feature. Knowledgeable in all aspects of the field, gave sufficient notice before arrival, went above and beyond the warranty when the part ordered by the manufacture came in wrong...Jeremy worked fast and efficient to get the correct part and installed it immediately--great follow through. My experience has been nothing but professional and the fact that I request the company says that they are reliable, responsible and right on target with a job extremely well done!

  Just because you are covered with home warranty does not guarantee coverage with every electrician. I have a warranty on my truck but I cant take it anywhere but the dealership to get it fixed, I wonder why!? From what I read in your post you are complaining over a job that cost $35 DOLLARS!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! It probably cost the electrician more than that in gas to get to your house.

  I had Jeremy come do do warranty work that was clearly covered and he tries to milk every dollar out of you. He is never available when he says he will be. Never hire this guy.

  I have home warranty and called Jeremy to have a burnt outlet replaced along with another issue. He took out a burnt outlet and has a replacement in his hand then says "it is not covered..it is going to cost $35 to replace it." I have has other electrics do the same work and all were covered with no issue or no charge. I feel that he just trying to take advantage of this situation. I would not recommend this electrician based on my experience.
