    Considered for Condo Modifications

    Missed first scheduled walkthrough and I was the one that had to follow up on when we could reschedule. Then Jeremy canceled on our 2nd walkthrough 5 minutes before it was supposed to start because of a supposed bad experience with another quote/bid process he had with one of my neighbors. I understand if the bad experience was with me but to flake on a potential business evaluation because of an experience with a neighbor is purely unprofessional.

    Jeremy is both skilled and communicative during a project. He is thoughtful and pleasant to work with, and brings creativity to the table. He's done a number of small projects for us, all of which have been done well and with a minimum of hassle. We're looking forward to having him do more in the future. We'd definitely recommend him.
