  Our home was built by Mr. Staggs. He did an excellent job completing the home. BUT, he finished the job and rolled out. He waited 17 months to come back to do our 1 year punch. He agreed to come back in a month and that has been 13 months ago. We have made multiple attempts to contact with no luck. Our floor is sloping, our flooring is separating, and the metal trim on our roof looks like a wave. ALSO, our master shower tile work is pitiful looking. Far from exquisite. 2.5 years later and still no window screens. I would not recommend him.

  Build a home

  If I could recommend zero stars, I would absolutely do so! My husband and I spent a year researching and interviewing potential contractors to build our home. Jeremy came recommended by First National Bank (don't deal with them either) and so on. We met with him and his wife. All seemed well. Well that was the only positive in our whole experience. Everything from the moment we broke ground and so on was a complete conundrum of nonsense and lies. First lie, "I am a licensed plumber and electrician...I do all of that work myself". Did not happen on any level. He sub'd that out to people that were not very good (apartment maintenance men). Example...our light switch for the fireplace...NOT connected to our fireplace. The list of examples can go on and on. Next lie, "I am the project manager". NOT even remotely the case. He had so many homes going...his vendors were left on their own. Our master bathroom was redone 3 times! Not exaggerating! When I called him out on it...he pitched a fit. Made contact with my husband and said he can have me removed from our property (that we own outright). I said "DO IT!!!". That never happened. We actually joke thru ought the course of our build...it was nice of him to visit our build. As he would be there but only for a brief moment. Never long enough to actually do anything. 3/4 quarters thru our build, I contacted an attorney. Come to find out within min on the phone with him that Jeremy is actually no longer licensed. Neither his general contractor license or his plumber/electrical license. He and his wife would show our home without our knowledge or consent. RUINED our custom doors. We have approximately $30k in damages or unfinished work in our home. We were several months behind schedule. We spent $20k in stone work that still isn't finished. $20k in concrete work that is crumbling. Crumbled within a week of it being installed. The list goes on and on. I have 100's of photos to back up my statement. This guy is a trek home builder and dealing with people is NOT his thing. Avoid him like the plague. Bad bad news!!!
