We called Jerome's plumbing 2 weeks ago to install a garbage disposer, a new sink and faucet, and a new toilet. We had an appointment for today (August 13) to do all those things, and then earlier this week, we also needed an emergency garbage disposer put in our townhouse about 3 blocks away. His wife, the scheduler, said that would be fine Jerome got here, said he couldn't do all those things, spent the next half an hour on the phone in his truck,came back to our house, and said 'Have a good day", I'm not doing any of your work.
We had our sink apart and all the pieces ready, garbage disposer, sink, faucet, and toilet sitting here. Now we are stuck. NEVER CALL JEROME"S PLUMBING!

Jerome is a competent plumber and has been responsive to our requests for service. However, I would not recommend him. Latterly I contacted Jerome to replace a water heater. He estimated the cost at between $1500 and $2000. The bill came to ~$2500. The item on that bill that most angered me was for the water heater itself. He had estimated that cost at ~$650 but charged me ~$850. I found the exact same water heater online for $505. I understand and accept that service providers earn a margin on sales of the parts they use but $300 is excessive. That finishes my business with Jerome.
